I am more than happy to endorse your service. When I e mailed you with my request to deliver a gift on a specific day, I half expected not to get a reply. You not only replied within an hour confirming it was no problem but you also gave me a telephone number if I wanted to speak to you and that was at 7.30pm! It was really refreshing to get such personal service which seems to be so lacking in most organisations and is usually non existent over the internet. The recipient was overjoyed with his gift and told me that it was thrilling just undoing the layers of wrapping! Thank you so much.

Richard Parker's whiskies are all that he says they are, and without exception, worth every penny of the cost, (within my limited budget, being a poor pensioner from 'umble beginnings, who tried to make good in a cruel world, blah, blah, blah etc..).
The service of this company is personal & excellent. Richard is as
interested in the poor pensioner etc., etc., who only buys a bottle once a
flood, as he is in the millionaire who can pay as much as £25 for a bottle!!
I heartily commend Parker's Whisky to you. You will be disappointed in
neither the product, the service or the Company.
