Individual malt whiskies are chosen from Speyside, Highland and Islay to deliver the individual notes of elegance, spicy heather and aromatic peat smoke. These whiskies are drawn from four decades, the younger 10 year old whiskies provide fruit while the older 20, 30 & 40 year old whiskies add layers of complexity.

A significant proportion of whiskies are given a second maturation in our custom made Madeira barriques which imbue richness, sumptuous smoothness and an intriguing hint of honeycomb sweetness.
