1. Privacy policy

We collect some personal information in our registration form which we ask customers to provide when signing in. This information is collected so that we can provide a stress free service, and so that we can deliver the products you may purchase online.

Parkers Whisky takes steps to ensure that potential threats to your personal details are minimised. We will not share the details that you have disclosed to us with any other parties. We may contact you from time to time to let you know of offers that parkerswhisky.co.uk are running and send out a regular newsletter. If you do not wish to receive further information from us, use the opt out options in our correspondence. We will not contact you unless subsequently asked to do so. If you would like to query our privacy policy or have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

2. Security

In order to ensure the safety of your financial details, parkerswhisky.co.uk uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure that your details are sent securely to us and hold a "COMODO" licence for our website. Once we have those details, we treat them responsibly as you would expect, ensuring that they cannot fall into the wrong hands.

3. Payment Methods

Payment can be made by phone for debit or online credit card. We accept the following cards: VISA, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.

4. Follow Up

Once an order has been placed, an automatic email response will be sent to the e-mail you provide. This will let you know that your order has reached us securely and will confirm the order details. If there are any errors please contact us so that we can adjust the order, or cancel it if you prefer.

5. Delivery

After processing - which can be delayed if we are out of stock of the products selected (in which case you will advise you), all orders are despatched using a 24 hour service to most mainland destinations in the UK, 7 days service to Europe and 14 days to the rest of the world.

6. Age Restriction

We are only able to sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol products in your country of residence.

7. Taxes and Duties

Whisky and other products sold at parkerswhisky.co.uk are inclusive of VAT. If we are sending to an address outside the EU, you may be liable to local taxes and duties upon the arrival in your country. (Please contact your Customs Department if you require further information).
